There's a place for you here.
Whether you have time, money, a skill, or simply believe in what we are building — the door is open. Four ways to be part of the movement.
Bring what
you have.
We welcome volunteers from all backgrounds. You don't need a CV full of charity experience — you need to show up, care, and be willing to learn alongside us. Here are three ways to contribute.
Session Facilitator & Mentor
Support our facilitators in running group sessions — from wellbeing circles to walking groups. Be present, be reliable, and help create the safe, welcoming atmosphere that makes everything else possible.
Employability Coach
Work one-to-one with men on CV writing, interview preparation, and goal-setting. Bring your professional expertise to people who need it most — no formal coaching qualification required.
Digital Skills Volunteer
Help participants with digital literacy, AI tools, job applications, and online services. Patient, accessible, non-condescending — the ability to explain tech clearly is the only credential you need.
Takes less than 5 minutes. We'll be in touch within 5 working days.

Your money
does real work.
Every pound goes directly into our programmes — no expensive overheads, no middle-men. We run lean so your donation reaches the men who need it most.
Covers a Session
Funds materials, printing, and resources for one participant for one session — a CV template, a printed interview guide, or a photography prompt card for the 5K Steps project.
Funds a Week
Covers transport, refreshments, and venue costs for one Saturday session — the practical costs that keep Step Forward Saturdays running every week at Leytonstone Library.
Changes a Month
Sponsors a full month's engagement for one participant — sessions, materials, one-to-one support, and the small costs (a bus fare, a meal, an accreditation fee) that make attendance possible.
✓ UK taxpayers: your donation may be eligible for Gift Aid, increasing its value by 25% at no extra cost to you.
Let's build
something together.
We work with local authorities, employers, funders, and corporates to co-design, commission, and deliver programmes that create real change. We bring the community expertise — you bring the platform, resource, or reach.
Borough Councils & Commissioners
We work with borough councils to deliver commissioned wellbeing, employability, and community cohesion programmes. Our reach, your infrastructure — a genuine partnership model built on trust and measured outcomes.
Employers & Recruitment Partners
Connect your hiring pipeline with a pool of motivated, supported candidates. Offer mentoring, mock interviews, or job placements. CSR that creates genuine impact rather than a logo on a report.
Funders & Grant Makers
We are a lean, agile, community-rooted CIC with a strong evidence base and a leadership team with institutional credibility. Our programmes are measured, our reporting is transparent, and our impact is real.
